Contact

Everything sent from this page goes to the same small team that builds Clinicoid. There is no call centre and no ticket robot — a person reads it, and a person answers it.

Which route to take

One address takes all of it. Naming the kind of message in the subject line — or picking it on the form below — is what gets it in front of the right person on the first day rather than the third.

  • Something is not working

The app crashes, a page will not open, or something behaves differently to how it reads here.

  • Something is wrong

A question, an answer, an explanation or something Coid said is medically or factually incorrect.

  • Money

A charge you do not recognise, a refund, or a subscription that will not cancel.

  • Working together

A faculty, a student society, or anyone with something to propose.

  • Anything else

Including press, and anything that does not fit the four above.

A wrong answer inside the app is worth reporting from the app instead, where the Report button is beside the thing that is wrong — it sends us the question, the answer and where you were, which is most of what we need to fix it.

Write to us

What is it about?

If it is about something in the app, tell us which module and which question — it is the difference between us finding it in a minute and not finding it at all.

Or write to support@clinicoid.com

Other ways to reach us

Email
support@clinicoid.com — the one monitored address, and the one to use for anything about your account or your money. Write from the address your Clinicoid account uses and we can help you faster, because we can tell it is you.
WhatsApp — messages only
Written messages, in the same queue as email. Please do not call it: nobody picks it up, and a missed call tells us nothing about what you need.Open WhatsApp
In the app
Menu › Contact us reaches the same people and arrives with your module, your grade and your app version already attached — which saves the two emails we would otherwise have to send asking for them.

We answer as soon as we can. We would rather not print a number of hours we cannot keep on the week before an exam — but nothing sits unread, and anything about a charge or a locked account goes to the front.

What happens to what you send

Your name, your email address and your message are stored so we can read them, reply to them, and remember what was decided if you write again. Nothing else is recorded — no IP address, no location, and nothing about who you are beyond what you typed.

Only the Clinicoid team reads them. They are not used for advertising, they are not sold, and they are not sent anywhere else. We keep a message for as long as it takes to deal with it and to remember the decision, and clear it out after that — the Privacy Policy covers this and everything else we hold.

Before you write

Most of what arrives here already has an answer written down, and reading it takes less time than waiting for a reply. Three in particular:

  • The help centre signing in, modules, practice, Coid, billing and the things that go wrong.
  • The Refund Policy what happens when you cancel, and how a refund is asked for on each store.
  • Deleting your account it is done from inside the app, in a few seconds, without writing to anybody.

And if you have read all three and still need us, write anyway. A question that is already answered somewhere nobody found is a page we have written badly, and we would rather hear about it.
