Refund Policy

How paying, cancelling and refunds work.

Last updated 15 September 2026 · Applies to the Clinicoid app and this website

How you pay

Clinicoid is free to use. The only paid thing is Clinicoid Pro, a monthly subscription.

You buy Pro inside the app. On iPhone and iPad the App Store takes the payment. On Android, Google Play does. We never see your card.

Pro renews every month until you cancel it.

Cancelling

Cancel where you subscribed:

iPhone and iPad
Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Clinicoid › Cancel Subscription.
Android
Open Subscriptions in Google Play, choose Clinicoid, then tap Cancel subscription.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date so you are not charged again. You keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for, then the account goes back to Free. Nothing you made is deleted.

Refunds

Because Apple and Google take the payment, they decide refunds under their own rules.

App Store
Sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com and choose Request a refund.
Google Play
Ask Google through the Google Play Help Center (support.google.com/googleplay).

If a payment is refunded, Pro ends straight away.

When something goes wrong

Write to us if you were charged twice, paid and Pro did not switch on, or see a charge you do not recognise. First try Settings › Subscription › Restore purchases in the app, which often fixes a missing subscription.

Tell us the date, the amount, and whether it was the App Store or Google Play.

Your rights

Nothing here takes away a right your local consumer law gives you.
