Buying, cancelling and refunds for Clinicoid Pro.

Clinicoid Pro

One — Buy it in the app: Open Settings › Subscription. The App Store (iPhone and iPad) or Google Play (Android) takes the payment. We never see your card.
Two — It renews monthly: The store charges you each month until you cancel.
Three — Cancel in the store: iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Android: open Subscriptions in Google Play. Choose Clinicoid, then Cancel subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews.

I paid but Pro did not switch on.

Wait a minute, then tap Restore purchases in Settings › Subscription. If it still does not work, write to us with the date and the store receipt.

I got a new phone.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google. The Refund Policy shows how to ask.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for. After that your account goes back to Free, and none of your work is deleted.
